In 1997, she graduated from Kharkiv State Polytechnic University. She earned a degree in mechanical engineering.

In 1999, she graduated from Kremenchuk State Polytechnic Institute. She received a degree in economic engineering.

In 2020, she graduated from the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. She received a degree in power engineering.

From 1992 to 2007, she held various positions at Ukrtatneft CJSC, and at Neftekhimik, a subsidiary of Ukrtatneft.

From 2007 to 2017, she served as head of the investment department and the tender department at Poltavaoblenergo PJSC.

From 2017 to 2018, she held the position of director of the MTS at Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo PJSC.

From 2017 to 2018, she served as Director of the MTS Division at PJSC Zaporizhzhiaoblenergo.

From 2018 to 2019, she served as Deputy Director and Executive Director at PJSC Kyivoblenergo.

From 2019 to 2021, she served as Commercial Director of Metallogalva Ukraine LLC.

From 2021 to 2024, she served as Director of the Department of Administrative Affairs at Energy Consulting LLC.

From 2025 to 2026, she served as Commercial Director of E.NEXT-Ukraine LLC and Deputy Director/Financial Director of TES-Engineering LLC.

Since 2026, she has been working as Commercial Director at the Metropolia Group.
